Description
A system member who would technically be a prosecutor otherwise but they and/or their system members don’t feel it totally fits or don’t like the connotations. Usually a system member who “isn’t as much of a jerk” as persecutors are seen as. Can also be used for system members who are both persecutors and protectors.
