Source code

The source code for this website, the bot, and the API is available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later.

The term database is available under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license.
In simple terms, this means that you’re allowed to share the database, as long as you make no modifications, don’t make money from it, and attribute the project. (This is not legal advice: refer to the link above for details.)

This license only applies to the database as a whole. Don’t use this export as part of a larger project: this is intended for 1:1 mirrors with attribution and as a contingency, allowing people to keep copies of the database. This means the database & terms within would not disappear if the project did.
It may not be modified, only distributed in whole with credit to The Termora Project.
However, this does not overrule your ability to ask us to remove your terms from the database. We will honour that & intend to always do so. The licence applies to the database as a whole, not individual terms, as we believe that you as a creator should be able to control where your terms are available.
Similarly, we cannot give permission on behalf of coiners. If you want permission to add individual terms to a different database, contact the coiners themselves. We cannot endorse and will not assist with removing credit from or otherwise obscuring the names and wishes of the original coiners of terms.
