Description
A person who is a member of a system by the simple virtue of living in the system, whether that’s in a mental, mixed, or astral innerworld, or a gateway directly considered as part of the system, but never joined the system individually, they just live there whether or not they/their home existed before it was part of their system or not. Homelanders are not NPCs/are distinct people and autonomous/separate, though they may be (mis)identified as NPCs.
